CHILD SPONSORSHIP
It is only with the help of American partners that Grenier Mountain Ministries is able to provide a FREE Christ-centered education to the nearly 500 children we serve in our Pre-K through 10th grades. By paying the monthly salaries of all school personnel, we are able to alleviate the heavy burden of school tuition from these already struggling families and give them hope for the future.

By sponsoring a child for just $35/month, you can help us make a tremendous difference in the lives of so many children and their families. We love and appreciate all of our school staff who have stayed the course with us even during uncertain times. CHILDREN OF PORT DE PAIX
Out of the 99 children we have presented here, only SIX have parents that have actual employment of some sort: two of the parents are teachers in our school, one is a mason, and one is a widow who tries to sell what she can in the marketplace. The parents of the other two students provide for their family by the practice of voodoo. The rest have no jobs of any kind and try to survive on what they can catch as fishermen or what they grow in their gardens.
Sterline is 7 yrs. old and in the 2nd grade. She has one brother and no sisters. Her mother and father try to feed the family on the fish that they catch.
Rolph-Berkensly is 3 yrs. old and in the 1st grade of the preschool. He has one brother and one sister. His mother and father try to feed their family with what grows in their garden.
Loveca Ordeus is 3 yrs. old and in the preschool. She has 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Her mother and father have no jobs.
Nestor is 10 yrs. old and in the 2nd grade. He is handicap and cannot stand up or walk. He has 3 brothers and 4 sisters. He has no father. His mother tries to provide for the family by selling whatever she can in the marketplace.
Wookenley is 6 yrs. old and in the 1st grade. He has one brother and 3 sisters. His father and mother try to feed their family with what grows in their garden.
Chachou is 3 yrs. old and in the 1st grade of the preschool. She has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Her mother and father depend on their garden to feed the family.
Lovegens is 9 yrs. old and in the 3rd grade. He has 4 brothers and 5 sisters. He and his siblings are orphans with no mother or father.
Dawensley is 3 yrs. old andin the 1st grade of the preschool. He has 2 brothers and no sisters. His mother and father depend on their garden to feed the family.
Obstivencia is 3 yrs. old and in the 1st grade of the preschool. She has 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Her mother and father try to feed the family with what grows in their garden.
Eliska is 8 yrs. old and in the 2nd grade. He has no brothers and 1 sister. His mother and father try to feed the family with what grows in their garden.
Wilensky is 6 yrs. old and in the 1st grade. He has no brothers and 2 sisters. His father and mother depend on their garden to feed the family.
Pharisiens is 7 yrs. old and in the 2nd grade. He has 3 brothers and 3 sisters. His mother and father depend on their garden to feed their family.
Jodson is 6 yrs. old and in the 1st grade. He has 2 brothers and 6 sisters. His father and mother have no jobs.
Rosenaica is 8 yrs. old. She has 4 brothers and 1 sister. Her mother and father depend on their garden to feed the family.
Robinio is 12 yrs. old and in the 5th grade. He has no brothers and one sister. His mother and father depend on their garden to feed the family.
Arry Kervens is 6 yrs. old and in the 1st grade. He has one brother and two sisters. His mother and father try to feed the family with what grows in their garden.
Berdly is 11 yrs. old and in the 5th grade. He has 3 brothers and 4 sisters. He has no father. His mother tries to feed the family with what grows in their garden.
Medjina is 8 yrs. old and in the 2nd grade. She has 2 brothers and 1 sister. Her mother and father depend on their garden to feed the family.
