MISSION TRIPS

In July 2010, just six months after the devastating earthquake in Haiti that took 220,000 lives, we lead our first mission team to visit Grenier Mountain.  It was a first in many ways, not the least of which that it was the first group of Americans to ever visit and stay on the mountain...especially in tents!

Staying among the Haitians in their own raw environment allowed the Americans and their Haitian hosts to bond in ways not normally possible during a "traditional" mission trip that keeps visiting missionaries separated by the walls of a compound when they're not working on a project.

Since that time, we have had the privilege of hosting three more teams and have seen proven each time that our "Xtreme" approach to missions----working and sharing life among the Haitians in their own environment----affords us the most heart-changing and eye-opening opportunity to make true and lasting relationships with the people we are there to love and serve.
